Carer Job - Cheltenham
Here’s what you can expect as a Cheltenham carer:
- Top-Rate Pay compared to other providers.
- Flexible Hours to work part or full-time.
- Career Growth as we expand across Gloucestershire.
- Paid holidays, Sick leave, and Pension contributions.
- Continuous training and support.

At SW Care, we provide domiciliary homecare, which means supporting people in their own homes so they can live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Unlike working in a care home, as a homecare carer you will travel to clients’ own houses to provide personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship.
Because you’ll be visiting people where they live, this role requires a car and a full UK driver’s licence.
It’s a truly rewarding role where you help people live with dignity, comfort, and happiness. Carers often become a trusted part of clients’ lives, and you’ll be welcomed with appreciation every time you visit.
As demand for our services grows, we are looking for more compassionate and dedicated carers to join our team — if you’re seeking a meaningful role where you can make a real difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now by completing the 1-minute form on this page, and become part of a team where caring hearts find their true calling.
