As a Live-in Carer, you’ll provide support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and comfort. You’ll live alongside the client for agreed placements (typically 2–12 weeks), offering daily assistance, companionship, and reassurance.

Key Responsibilities
Every client has unique needs, and our Live-in Carers provide tailored support designed to fit those requirements with respect and compassion.
- Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Assist with medication prompts and administration according to the care plan
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Prepare meals and drinks, respecting dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe household environment
- Support with errands, shopping, or driving if required
- Observe and report any changes in health, behaviour, or wellbeing
- Follow professional standards, ensuring safe and dignified elderly care

About You
We are looking for carers who are motivated by compassion and driven by a genuine desire to help others live well at home.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of care experience (live-in or domiciliary care)
- Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Basic IT skills for digital record-keeping
Desirable
- Previous live-in carer experience
- NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Full UK manual driving licence
