Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with relevant and CQC legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines.
Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of your care staff and support workers to ensure they provide safe, effective, and compassionate care and support to our service users.
Demonstrate a “hands on” approach to care delivery and compassionate leadership to your staff.
Develop and maintain relationships with referrers and the Local Authorities.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Monitor and review the quality of the service we provide and implement improvements where necessary.
Manage the budget for the service and ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Manage and oversee the administration and financial aspects of the service.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
