The People Behind Your Care
Every family that trusts us with their loved one’s care deserves to know exactly who is behind it. Not a call centre. Not a faceless agency. Real people, in Cheltenham, who answer the phone, write the care plans, and make sure your parent is safe.
Your Care Delivery Team
These three people run your care day to day. They write your care plan, choose your carers, schedule every visit, and are your first point of contact whenever you need something.

Kasha Patrzykowska
Registered Manager
17+ years in domiciliary care
Kasha brings 17 years of domiciliary care experience, including advanced qualifications in care management, safeguarding, and medication administration. She is named on our CQC registration — which means she is personally accountable for the quality and safety of every care package we deliver. Kasha oversees every care plan, leads our team of carers, and is the person the CQC inspector speaks to when they visit.

Stacey Cole
Manager
13+ years in care management
Stacey brings 13 years of care management experience, with training in person-centred care planning, risk assessment, and family communication. She handles family enquiries, organises care assessments, and makes sure the transition from your first phone call to a carer arriving at your door is smooth and stress-free. Stacey is often the first person families speak to — and she stays involved throughout.

Kamila Czerwonka
Care Coordinator
14+ years in care coordination
Kamila’s job is to match the right carer to your loved one, schedule every visit, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. She learns your loved one’s preferences, personality, and routine — then builds a small, consistent team of named carers around them. If a visit time needs to change or a carer is unwell, Kamila has it covered before you even know about it.
The Team Behind the Team
Behind every carer is a wider team of people making sure everything runs smoothly — from recruitment and training to payroll, finance, and making sure families can find us when they need us.

Gus Saggu
Company Director
Leading the organisation
Gus founded SW Domiciliary Care in July 2018 with a clear purpose: to deliver home care in Cheltenham that families could genuinely trust. He oversees the strategic direction of the company, from maintaining our CQC Rated Good standard to investing in carer training and fair pay. Under his leadership, SW Care has grown to support hundreds of families, earned a 9.8/10 rating on Homecare.co.uk, and won the Top 20 Home Care Group 2025 national award.

Faisal Khan
Head of Marketing
Helping families find us when they need us most
Faisal manages our website, online presence, and community outreach. His job is to make sure families across Cheltenham can find SW Care quickly when they need help — whether that’s through search engines, the NHS website, or Homecare.co.uk. He also manages our reviews platform and ensures the information families see online is always accurate and up to date.

Shelly Stone
Financial Controller
Keeping the business running smoothly
Shelly oversees the financial operations that keep SW Care running sustainably. She manages invoicing, liaises with local authority funding teams, and ensures families always receive clear, transparent billing. Shelly’s work means the company can continue investing in carer training, fair pay, and the resources that make our care stand out.

Nicola Pope
HR & Payroll Manager
Looking after the people who look after you
Nicola manages everything behind the scenes that keeps our carers supported, paid fairly, and happy in their work. She handles HR compliance, manages our Real Living Wage payroll, processes mileage and travel time payments, and ensures every member of the team has the support they need. When carers feel valued and well looked after, it shows in the quality of care they deliver.

Bushra Afzal
Recruitment Manager
Building our care team every day
Bushra is the person responsible for finding and selecting every carer who joins the SW Care team. She runs our values-based interview process, coordinates enhanced DBS checks, verifies references, and makes sure every new hire meets the high standards our families expect. Bushra also manages our onboarding programme, so every carer is trained, confident, and ready before their first visit.
Our Carers Are the Heart of Everything We Do

Our business is nothing without the brilliant carers who go out day and night, in all weathers, to look after, support and care for our Cheltenham clients. They are the ones who arrive with a smile at 7am, help your mum get dressed, make sure your dad takes his medication, and sit with your nan when she just needs someone there.
They are dedicated, kind, patient, and compassionate. Every single one of them is trained to the Care Certificate standard, enhanced DBS checked, fully insured, and supported with ongoing professional development throughout the year. They do not just turn up and go through the motions — they build real relationships with the people they care for.
We do not use agency staff. We do not send strangers. When you choose SW Care, your loved one gets a small, consistent team of familiar faces — people who know their name, know how they take their tea, and notice the little things that matter. We pay our carers the Real Living Wage because they deserve it, and because when carers feel valued, your family gets better care.

Getting Started Takes One Phone Call
Most families feel unsure about this first step. That’s completely normal. Here’s what happens.

No waiting. No call centres. You’ll speak directly to Kasha, Kamila or Stacey — real people who’ve helped hundreds of Cheltenham families find the right care. Tell them what’s worrying you. They’ll be honest about what we can do.

02
We Visit. We Listen. We Plan.
We come to your parent’s home — not an office, not a hospital. We sit down, learn their routine, what matters to them, and what worries you. Then we build a care plan around their life — not a template. If you’re paying privately, we’ll work within your budget. No surprises.

03
Your Parent Gets Their Own Small Team
We match a small team of carers to your parent — people they’ll actually look forward to seeing. They arrive on time, every time. You get updates on the app after every visit. Same familiar faces at the door. No strangers. And for the first time in months, you can breathe.
The Smartest Way to Start Your Care Search Is a 10-Minute Phone Call.
